S.A.I.L. classes include gentle and fun full-body workouts designed specifically for older adults.  Each day we spend time doing simple cardiovascular, strength and balance training exercises.  All levels of fitness are accommodated during these invigorating classes.   Whatever your physical condition is today, S.A.I.L. can enhance your fitness, strength and balance.  Students are encouraged to respect their personal conditions and make modifications as necessary.  These cozy morning classes are a great way to build muscles, confidence and friendships before heading out to embrace the rest of your day.

The S.A.I.L. Fitness program was designed by the University of Washington and the Washington State Department of Health and taught by QTAC-NY; University at Albany, School of Social Welfare.
